Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
